“Perfect location for hiking in the park.”
+The check-in was easy and the Wi-Fi was perfect. I stayed in the little triangle hut at the top and it was beautiful. Very nice to stay in and very quiet mostly. The location was ideal.
−The campground was perfectly located, and I stayed in a combination of camper van and the little hut. The little hut was perfect. I had a great location and was mostly very quiet. The one thing I have to say is the cleanliness was extremely poor. The garbage cans were never ever Emptied, and it was full upon our arrival. We mentioned it to the staff and nothing was done for the three days we were there. It just got worse. It was really disgusting. We ended up having to move it across the campground because it overflowed so much into our site. The bathrooms were equally unclean. Paper and trash stuff were on the floor; tons of hair in the drains and garbage overflowing. there i believe there needs to be much better emptying of trash during the busy season. Everything else was great and I would totally stay there again.

“Security concerns overshadowed our stay”
+Location in Ermida was beautiful.
−Our stay was unfortunately let down by a number of significant issues. The most serious happened on our final night. We were in bed asleep with our young children when three strangers opened the door to our cabin using a key card. The receptionist had accidentally checked them into our cabin and given them access. By the time they realised the mistake, the receptionist had already left for the evening and was unreachable. The group had no choice but to sleep in their car. This was a serious breach of our security and left us feeling very uneasy. We had specifically booked and paid for a cabin advertised as having air conditioning. On arrival, we were told that none of the cabins have air conditioning and that the information on Booking.com was incorrect. The toilet and shower block was also in poor condition. The shower drains quickly blocked, causing water to overflow into neighbouring cubicles by several inches. You'll also need to bring your own toilet paper. During our stay, the only food available on site was pizza, and the communal area was very small with limited space to relax.

+Le camping est très bien situé, on peut faire des randonnées à pied du site, des pieux de baignades magnifiques. Beaucoup d'ombre sur le site, des belles vues. Salle de bain est plutôt propre. Le personnel est avenant et parle plusieurs langues.
−Malheureusement, le site est super, mais n'est pas assez entretenu. Les vacanciers quittent leurs emplacements, tentes en laissant des déchets dedans, dehors et personne ne vient vérifier cela. Dans notre tente il y avait des objets, des restes de nourriture laissés. Partout sur le site il y a des déchets sans qu'on vienne les ramasser. Les poubelles ne sont pas vidés régulièrement. Le lieu d'accueil-café est censé vendre le pain et les viennoiseries qu'on serait ravis d'avoir le matin mais ça ouvre à 10h. Pas de congélateur pour mettre des pains de glace. Les emplacements de tentes sont assez petits.

“Ótima localização péssima gestão.”

−Falta de funcionários para dar suporte, em pleno verão apenas uma pessoa, banheiro geral com limpeza abaixo do desejável, principalmente no fim da tarde, hora de alto fluxo de hóspedes, pela manhã não havia papel higiénico nos banheiros. A cancela do estacionamento fecha às 22:30 e só reabre às 08 horas da manhã, porque não ter um funcionário no horário noturno? Churrasqueiras com grelhas imundas e enferrujadas.

“Buena ubicación pero poco confort”
+Buena ubicación y entorno. Es una lástima porque tiene potencial.
−- limpieza: las cabañas sucias, llenas de pelos. Te dejan una escoba pero debería ser para mantenerlo limpio, no para limpiar lo de otros. La puerta llena de cigarrillos. Los baños siempre sucios, vayas a la hora que vayas. Sin papel de vàter. - snack bar: no tienen nada. Pedí un café con leche por la mañana y resulta que no tenían leche. Por la noche una hamburguesa y solo servían pizzas. Tampoco tienen productos básicos por si te falta algo como papel de vàter... - camas super incómodas - en las cabañas había un radiador en verano. Igual hubiese estado mejor un ventilador

−Está alejado de tiendas y supermercados, tienes que ir a geres (20 minutos de coche por carretera de montaña)para comprar. De los campings más aburridos en los que he estado, nada para que se entretengan los niños
