“Really wish we could have stayed longer! We loved it!”
+Lovely neighborhood. Beautiful loft. Feels like you’re living in the treetops with the very large window! Very serene vibe.
−The only thing we found a little odd, is that there is no covering on the clear glass front door or side window. We were careful to change in the bathroom, so as not to expose the neighbors to our 80y/O bodies! (Although we never saw another person on the property during our stay!)

“A luxurious stay in peaceful neighbourhood”
+The room interior is really nice and well designed and the location is simply amazing. Located practically next to the woods, it is extremely peaceful, and the huge window adds to the experience. The closet was amazing and bed was super comfortable. Lastly, the whole unit is separate from the main house, so privacy is guaranteed.
−There were no roller shutters for other windows except the main one so a lot of light enters the room even in early morning. The room also heats up easily in summer. Lastly, the air circulation is a bit poor so the allergy prone people might have some issues due to dust accumulating under the bed.

“Perfect dreamy green studio”
+The location was dreamy. The studio is absolutely amazing for this price! If the owner accepts me again, I'm definitely going to book over and over again at this location! Super quiet area, lots of greenery, free parking spot. I couldn't be happier with this booking <3
−I couldn't be happier with the location. To make it even more perfect, I'd recommend to have a curtain in front of the main door and tiny window, and in the future to change the bathroom faucet to include a holder - easier to grab when our hands are wet or with soap :)

+A super location for access to the city but also walks in High Park down to Lake Ontario. Great communication from our host who was understanding, empathetic and willing to offer solutions. We had a wonderful time.
−We had a few issues with the internet and TV but our attentive host was quick to resolve these.

“Modern and comfortable loft sorrounded by nature”
+The loft is comfortable, very clean and spacious. The best of all is the location close to the park and surrounded by nature which in spring was really liveley and lovely. The neighbourhood is quiet but also close to public transport and just a short (and beautiful) walk from restaurants, supermarkets and different amenities. Communicating with MJ was super easy and instructions for check in and check out were very simple to follow. I loved this place and would definitely go back next time we travel to Toronto.

“Lovely location and scenery, Great place to stay”
+Beautiful location, lovely scenery and nice and close to high park. The place itself is cosy and quiet but only a short walk from a metro station to get into the city. Accessing the property and parking was easy and overall it was an excellent stay. The view from the main bay window is great and the property gets good natural light in the mornings. Shower was also powerful and very good quality. Property was very clean on arrival and extras such as pods for the coffee machine were kindly provided. Pin pad lock meant it was easy to check in and out.
−Only negative was there being an access door into the loft from the other section of the house. Aware that's probably due to the original design of the building but it doesn't show in the photos so wasn't expecting it. (Nobody disturbed us at any point, it was just unexpected based on the listing)

“La tranquillitée a 20 minutes du centre-ville!!”
+Belle découverte !!! Emplacement vraiment superbe en dehors du centre-ville, calme et facile d’accès!! Avec resto à 10 minutes de marche !! Très bonne communication du propriétaire!!!
