+It was really nice, good location
−Our room didn’t have much light as we didn’t have a proper window sadly, but otherwise it’s a really nice place.

+Underbar balkong på våning 4 med utsikt över stan. Väldigt lugnt trots att hotellet ligger mitt i stan. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal.

+I was very pleased with the property and very surprised how good it looked. It has amenities way superior for a 3 star hotel. I would actually give it 4 stars. It looked like a boutique hotel and I loved that they were focused on sustainability and environment protection. Pros: - spacious room, although I booked a small comfort one with no balcony - extremely clean and it stayed like this for the whole duration of my stay, thanks to the amazing housekeeping team. - new and modern furniture and tech: new air con unit & TV. The TV is an AndroidTV with free Netflix, Youtube, TV channels, Youtube Music, etc - In the room I had a kettle (nice touch), fridge, safe, very good quality toiletries, slippers, and very fluffy towels (something I love a lot in hotels) - tea, coffee, honey, milk provided daily. - very quiet, although is 1 minute walk from Papadiamantis Street, which is the main busy shopping area - 3 minutes walk from the port and all transport hubs. - english speaking staff. All receptionists were very friendly and helpful Cons: - only one: there is no lift, so if you have mobility issues, you might struggle a bit. The staff though, helps you with your luggages, so they won't b

“Lovely experience”
+The location was perfect, close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and the port, but still quiet enough at night that our sleep wasn’t disturbed. The staff were also incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with carrying our bags up the stairs, gave us great recommendations on beaches and things to do around the island, answered our questions and were generally friendly and welcoming. Our towels were changed during the stay, which was appreciated, and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. It had a cozy, pleasant atmosphere with a nice balcony to sit out on, and thoughtful touches like a coffee machine, water bottles, biscuits added to the overall experience.
−There were a few minor downsides, though nothing that ruined our stay. One of the reasons we booked the property was because the photos showed a small café on the ground floor, but unfortunately, it had closed down by the time we arrived. That was a bit disappointing, though thankfully there were other cafés nearby. The biggest challenge was the stairs, there were quite a lot of them, and they were oddly uneven in height, which made them a bit difficult to climb and easy to trip on if you weren’t paying close attention. Lastly, the shower water temperature would change suddenly, going from hot to cold and the other way round, which made showers a bit unpredictable.
