+The location is great, very clean, and good for an economic but comfortable stay.
−They only accept cash, the room comes with almost no amenities except a towel. The staff are generally nice but the night manager would not wake up to unlock the door for me even though I had mentioned i was leaving early. Also the soundproofing is not good and you can hear everyone passing or speaking in the lobby.

“Only for emergency cases .If there is no other choice available.”
+The location.
−The hostel is an underground facility, without windows and without a secondary escape exit. Highly dangerous. No windows and no physical ventilation. The constant noise from the ventilators makes it really hard to have some peaceful sleep/rest. During my late check in I realised the disgusting condition in the.my room's private toilet. The employee informed the cleaning lady to clean the toilet, while I was out of the room, getting my dinner. ANSWER to the property's comment to my review: Indeed, for over a year, I stayed at the accommodation many times and even recommended it to colleagues, solely because of the price, as I had been offered a rate of approximately €19 per night via an arrangement made outside the platform (communicated through messages). Now, the hotel has gained significant publicity, partly thanks to my personal recommendations, prices have skyrocketed to levels that are not justified by the hotel's condition or the amenities offered. The reservations I made for November and December were arbitrarily cancelled by the hotel without prior notice, in retaliation for the review I left. Regarding cleanliness, I have attached a photo showing the appalling state of the

+One of the best things about this place is it's Staff, they are really kind and helpful. The location is great. In sum, it's one of the best options for a short trip (like one or two nights).
−Because of the size of the hostel, noise comes inside, and if you are okay with not having windows, the place would be a good option. The bathroom could be cleaner.

“Au top !”
+Rapport qualité prix-imbattable. Très bien situé au coeur de Erevan. Si vous faites des musées c'est parfait ! Tout a été parfait pour moi.
−Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre mais 1 ou 2 nuits seulement et découverte de la ville du matin au soir donc ok pour moi.
