+We were very pleased with the old English style house and the English aesthetic. The garden was beautifully crafted that connected really well with the architecture, not to mention the friendly and fuzzy alpacas that were so welcoming. Every part of the garden was carefully planted and it was super fun!

“Great host's, plus the most amazing gardens.”
+Anne prepared a big breakfast layout, but we were very happy with a cereal and fruit bowl, plus toast

“The accommodation was more expensive than expected for the facilities provided. A fridge in the room would have been app”
+It was close to where we were going each day
−Shower was loud opening and closing door. The fridge was on the outside of the room. You could hear everything happening down stairs and was hard to sleep. Host wasn’t very welcoming. Items were Taken from the fridge eg 2L milk we brought for our breakfast. Jacuzzi wasn’t functioning. $240 was way over priced for what we got.

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and will certainly stay here again when in Hamilton.”
+This was an experience, rather than a stay in a motel/hotel. The rambling gardens were a delight and the accommodation and hospitality made us feel we were in a large family home. Breakfast was delicious and made more special by Anne the host joining us each morning. The birdsong at dusk was unforgettable. We have told all our friends about our stay. It is most unusual to find accommodation that becomes a highlight of a visit.
−Our only regret is that we were not there during the spring to see the garden at its most spectacular. Maybe next year.

+We really loved our stay. Feeding the alpacas were a highlight especially the new baby, such characters! We loved exploring the beautiful grounds with the autumn colours. The hosts were lovely and breakfast was great. Wish we could have stayed longer!
−We could only stay 1 night

−Amamos tudo.
