“Straight out of a fairytale.”
+Loved all of the decor, the garden!!! And hosts were extremely friendly.

“Perfectly appointed with great location”
+Lovely friendly owner who had made a most enjoyable and quirky place to stay with all facilities (shame we were there for only one night) as required and beautifully appointed. The extensive garden area and bar were an added bonus, although as it was winter time, we didn't get to use them.
−That we couldn't make use of the lovely garden area!

“Very comfy overnight stop”
+This was a very comfortable overnight stop after catching the ferry from Wellington. It was easy to find and I appreciated having breakfast provided - cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast and jam, tea and coffee. There was a nice outdoor space I didn't get to use, and likewise a bar area that looked like a cosy space for a couple to relax.
−Space in the bathroom is a bit restricted but still very useable. A bit more light when walking around the house in the dark would be appreciated.

“Good stopover for catching ferry or if on late ferry from Wellington”
+Room was convenient for centre of town and ferry without being too close.

+Continental breakfast . Preprepared in room. Adequate and to our taste. Enjoyed the whole ambience and character of the room and the garden with lots of features. Loved the Irish themed byo "Shebeen" .

“A place to remember”
+Owner was adorable. We only stayed one (rainy) night and didn’t have time to use the bar that we had to ourselves. The place is as the photos tell, very thoughtfully decorated but practical to use. Bed is comfortable and the place is quiet. Bathroom is indeed narrow, but wasn’t an issue for us. There was more than enough food (cereal, yoghurt, bread, jams etc…) for the breakfast

+Super friendly hosts and a beautifully presented property made for a delightful 1 night stopover. It lived up to its name and truly was an enchanting place to stay with so many extras provided and lovely attention to detail. The hot spa was an absolute delight on a wet and stormy night outside.,
