“An unforgettable Neapolitan experience! It’s also lovely to pop into Bar Brasile, a local café where you can enjoy some”
+Excellent location, close to a very tasty and authentic pizzeria. A beautiful, classic apartment in a very old building, with a truly unique elevator straight out of a movie. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The host, Pina, is the soul of Naples , lovely, warm, and extremely friendly.
−The intercom at the building entrance requires you to enter a code and then wait for a call from the apartment staff. However, quite often, no one answers and the door remains locked. It would be much better to have keys 🔑 to enter the building directly.

“Loud and a bit dissapointed”
+The rooms were nice, big bathroom and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is simple, cup of coffee and a croissant a but further in a small café
−No balcony, the matrasses were a bit old, our window couldnt close fully so in the night (especcially in the weekend) lots of noice, luckily we had earplugs. Saw more complaints but they did not do anything about this. The shower was broken. We only stayed two nights short nights and the following week but ive cancelled that one.

+The room was very clean, with fresh sheets and towels. 15min from central station, 200m super market. The breakfast (coffee and croissant) is serverd in a coffee shop very closed to Encanto The owner sent us in WhatsApp all the details for the key etc.
−There was some noice from the cars on the nearby road

+The space was large and clean, there was air-conditioning that worked, it came with breakfast at a nearby bar, it was walking distance to the old centre of Napoli. It was easy to access and despite flight delays the host went out of their way to make sure we could get in easily later in the night.

+It's walking distance from both piazza Garibaldi and the old centre of Napoli. It was spacious and clean. It has working air-conditioning. The breakfast point was close by. They graciously agreed to keep our bags after checkout before we had to get to our airport transfer.
