−I have already paid on booking.com. Even though I have provided proof, they still ask me to pay again at the location andSo if you want to order, don't order on booking.com because I suspect the account number listed on booking.com belongs to their old staff andIf you want to order, order it on another application, not on booking.com because Via Hotel does not or has not wanted to find out and improve the system and agreements in the application because every time we order we have to pay through booking.com, while it is useless. .The number listed in the application belongs to their old staff. I have tried to contact them or until now my money is still with the fraudster.

+The staff are so nice, polite and helpful. Location was perfect for me, because l needed a room close to traditional market and lexure temple. It is so noisy but for those reasons l like the hotel.
−Some rooms were not cleaned and had mold and l requested to change my room. It looks like 4, 5 and 6 levels are most for international geusts and lower levels for domestic guests, but they accommodated me in the third level which was weird and l did not like it.

“Great location, wonderful kind staff”
+The rooftop terrace has fabulous views which gives you the chance to see an amazing sunset over the Nile. The staff are attentive and friendly. The lunch / dinner menu is very reasonable and good quality. The breakfast was great. Great location. We can thoroughly recommend ....

+The location is good very close to the Luxor temple, the food of the restaurant and the breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly and professional.
−The public areas are a little bit dusty and the sink of my room had a leak, also the floor of the bath was flooded when I arrived.

“Nos obligaron a pagar dos veces”

−Cuando llegamos el recepcionista fue un grosero y nos dijo que el pago de Booking no servía y o pagábamos de nuevo 139€ por tres noches o que nos fuéramos. Luego el manager nos dijo lo mismo, pero educadamente. Que pagáramos y luego reclamaremos a Booking, porque su sistema no acepta pagos de Booking desde hace 4 meses. Cómo es posible que un hotel que se contrata en Booking no acepte el pago realizado en Booking? Por qué sigue disponible en la web?

“Tentativo di truffa”

−Il personale della reception ha cercato di truffarci, dicendo in modo molto insistente che non avevano prenotazioni a mio nome, mentre io avevo prenotato e pagato in anticipo il soggiorno. Per più di un'ora hanno cercato di estorcere soldi extra a quanto già pagato in anticipo, soltanto quando siamo riusciti a contattare booking.com dall'italia, poi il personale della reception non ha avuto altro da dire. Non si sono neppure scusati perche sicuramente è una tecnica che usano spesso, visto che altre persone hanno recensito lo stesso comportamento.
