+The room was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The staff were very kind, just like all the Jordanian people. Excellent location, right in the center of madaba, close to everything. Parking was very easy

−So, here's the deal: I don't know where to start because this experience was truly a nightmare. There are two apartments, the upper and the lower, and from the pictures you can see right away who you're dealing with. When we were leaving the “apartment”,or rather the basement,the owner blackmailed us (see the first picture), saying he would take the money we had already paid in cash, and that the debit card we used had only been pre-authorized, in case we left a bad review on Booking. Now, how did this happen? So, the accommodation we booked was an “Apartment with Garden View” (the lower one), but it's not a garden view at all; it's a view of a garbage dump on the lawn. It's a shame we can't upload the many pictures we took so you can see all the absolutely horrible things we captured. The lower apartment we stayed in and the upper one are completely different; almost 90% of the pictures you see on the Booking page for this place are of the upper apartment. one of the main reasons we booked our apartment was because we saw in the pictures that a washing machine was offered, however, the washing machine doesn't exist in our accommodation but only in the upper one, WHICH WE WERE NOT

−Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich herunterkommen, wirkt nicht wirklich einladend. Im Garten liegt Müll, die Küche wirkt schmuddelig, es fehlt die Grundausstattung, um dort wirklich zu kochen. Such das Bad müsste man einmal gründlich reinigen. Das Klo steht schief, sodass einem der Deckel auf dem Rücken liegt; ich fand es voll unangenehm. Auf den Fotos sieht es besser aus. Woher die Bewertung " fabelhaft" kommt, ist mir unklar. Wer keine Waschmaschine und keine Küche braucht, findet in Madaba für das gleiche Geld bessere Unterkünfte. Mit einem schweren Koffer wird man sich auf der steilen Treppe schwer tun.

+Świetny kontakt i obsługa. Zdjęcia na booking nieco odbiegają od rzeczywistości, jednak nie można marudzić. Gorąca woda, czysta pościel, klimatyzacja i super śniadanie.

+Emile a facut totul ca sederea noastra sa fie ok.Am ajuns la sf.Gheorghe si celelalte 3 atractii foarte usor, deoarece sunt la distante mici intre ele ,intr-o zi vezi tot, inclusiv Nebo.Am gasit ce au spus si ceilalti in feedback-uri.Micul dejun ok.Ac si apa calda (pe boiler),ok.Emile e un tip amabil si ne-a ajutat cu sfaturi privind excursia noastra in Madaba.Recomand aceasta locatie pentru pret /calitate ,curatenie si grija lui Emile ca oaspetele sa se simta bine in casa lui.
