“A lovely and friendly stay at Embrace Resort”
+My husband, niece, and nephew stayed at Embrace Resort May 29-Jun 5. It was amazing! The best part, by far, were the staff! We had a fun island tour from Dexi and Mary to orient us (and get us lunch). Gabby helped answer questions and get us to the clinic for a skin allergy. Dymond is an amazing chef and made us delicious food at the Flyin Pig (the tuna and grits is amazing), Sasha put together our swimming pigs private boat snorkel tour, Captain Dave took us on our tour, and Thomas helped make sure everything worked and looked neat and clean on the property. A huge thank you to everyone for a wonderful vacation! On top of that, we were celebrating high school and University graduations and there were balloons and congratulations in the villa when we arrived (and Dexi sang during the tour)!!! As far as the details... we had a villa and it was perfect for us! The rooms were very clean and cool and the kitchen was excellent for cooking dinners. The bathrooms had lovely rain showers. We ate breakfast or lunch each day at the Flyin Pig Cafe which was delicious! We enjoyed the beautiful pool, outdoor spaces, and had such a great trip. Our snorkeling tour was amazing to Pig Beach, Thunde
−Note that Staniel Cay is a tiny island so if you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation, this is your place! If you want more urban (restaurants, nightlife, etc.), probably not your place. We loved it!

“Best Vacation Ever!”
+Embrace Resort, the island, the people, the vibe, the beach, the water, everything absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived until the last day, I felt at home! Gabby picked me up at the airport, the most adorable person! Miss you already! She gave me a tour of the island in the little buggy, showed me where everything is and she was so nice and helpful! Dymond, the chef from the cafe is also the amazing and super nice and prepares the best breakfast wrap :) Absolutely recommend staying there and most of all going on their pig’s tour, which is a dream come true! Thank you for the beautiful memories, I truly felt like I was part of your island family!
−Everything amazing!

“Beautiful place to stay”
+The resort is beautifully maintained and the owners and staff are so nice! You will be greeted at the airstrip with a smile and big hug and picked up via golf cart ! Staniel Cay and the surrounding exuma cays are so beautiful ! The water is exquisite ! Pool loungers and pool very nice .
−The mattress in Eluethera cottage was not very comfortable. No cushion at all. Would be nice if the Flying Pig Cafe was open at least until 6p. There are no other dining places except big dogs and the Yacht club. I didn't want go to the Yacht club everyday so I bought some extra food at lunch and kept in my room refrigerator and heated it up for dinner since there is also a microwave in your cottage.

“Awesome spot, stay here!”
+Awesome spot! Very clean, Exuma building was very big for our family of 6. Breakfast was hot and choice of the menu (and free), great food (and fast, not typical 45 minute "Bahama time")! Staff was VERY attentive to everything. They were up early each day cleaning the grounds. View of airplanes and ramp for the little airport from our top deck and windows. Island is walkable, but golf cart preferred (especially hitting the secluded beach areas - don't miss Pirate Trap beach, its beautiful!). Resort is very affordable relative to the other options. We rented our own boat to get around for 2 of the days ($350/day), dock was 30 second walk away. We will be back to Embrace, coolest Bahama out island ever and we've been to most!
