+The receptionist was not helpful at all, she keeps switching off the power although there were no guests in the hotel. The hotel doesn't have room service

“DON’T GO THERE”
+DO NOT GO THERE! A bunch of thieves and lieres. Booked this place on a promotion as one of the cheapest place in Hamra. What a surprise it was when at the reception I had to pay 33% MORE! They calculate USD into LL with their own exam he rate = 2000LL per $... where official rate = 1500LL per $. That gives us a 33$ rip off comparing to what you booked online. Confirmed that with Lebanese police and this is illegal practice! Don’t get be fooled! On top of that when I tried to explain that the lady on the reception became rude to me, making some inappropriate comments. Complete lack of customer service. I met her couple of days later on the street accidentally. We had a short discussion where she confirmed this is the way how they work and she have to rip off people! Apart from that very ugly place - old, not refurbished, smelly. Just avoid it. With the price they rip you off you can find in Hamra clean and new hotels with a pool and restaurants. AVOID IT!

+Everything went fine except that I don’t understand why the hotel had to charge us the same rate. This means I paid double the price on your website
