“Incredible views, best location and kind hosts!”
+The room was just like the photos! the views were incredible! The location is so perfect and I loved my room, super clean and comfy. Breakfast was great and the hosts were incredibly helpful and kind. Even took me to the bus station on the way out free of charge. Oct was a great time for me to go as it was not so busy. Can't wait to go back and stay here again!

+I would 100% recommend this hotel for a vacation in Ulcinj. Very nice and friendly hosts who are always eager to help with all the questions and requests. I celebrated my birthday during my stay in Ulcinj and wonderful hosts of Emaar have surprised me with delicious cake they’ve ordered specifically for me 🥹❤️ that was so lovely and heartwarming. In general, they have made our stay at this hotel special and the atmosphere friendly and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean, with modern furniture and interior. The view from the balcony is amazing, you can see beach and old town. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel breakfasts are also 10/10, very good. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel so much.

+Clean room, appliances are new, good bed and pillows. Nice breakfast, friendly staff.
−Shisha bar in the second floor has massive amount of smoke coming to rooms. All the other bars around blast music till 1:00am and you can't do anything about it.

“One of the best hotel stays I've had , incredible location and view!”
+One of the best hotel stays I've had , incredible location and view! This hotel is right on Ulcinj’s Small Beach, and the location honestly couldn’t be better. You're steps from the sand, and the view from the room is unreal , you see the whole bay, the beach, and the old town sitting on the hill, especially beautiful at sunset. The room itself was super clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was great, the bathroom was spacious, and everything felt new and well taken care of. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience felt really smooth.There’s also a bunch of restaurants and cafes right outside, and the old town is just a short walk away. If you're looking for a comfortable, modern hotel with a million-dollar view, this is 100% the place. Would definitely stay here again!
