“It was nice and sometimes it can be disturbing at night”

−the rooms aren’t soundproof and during night people can wake you up because of the sound that comes from the next room

“Nice comfortable stay”
+A comfortable bed and room. The bathroom is cleaned on a daily basis. I stayed a while, and fresh towels were provided
−The bathroom mat and shower weren't the best quality, but it was cleaned regularly

“Rubbish”
−We were expecting to stay at another property and this was changed at the last minute . The property we were allocated to was not suitable and we didn’t stay there . The allocated room was at the top of the house using fairly narrow stairway . We are in our 80s and there was no way we could get to the room carrying our cases . The toilet was on a lower floor and so was inconvenient particularly during the night . We were inadequately contacted about the change of accommodation . An email on the day or even if it had been the day before was totally inadequate . We had to very hastily find other accommodation and I really feel we shouuld be financially recompensed

“Overall it was great”
+Self check in was stressfree and easy. Even though it was a shared apartment, I felt like I had the privacy I would have had in a hotel. Very close to shops and all

“The property needs to provide more basic amenities for long stay customers.”
+Its a good location
−A Long stay should have a microwave and washing machine/dryer. I don't like the fact that I can't warm my leftover foods in the morning and also no washing machine to wash all my used clothes

+The location is great for transport and lots of restaurants and shops.
−It's a shared toilet and you need to wait as it is for 4 rooms using 1 toilet and bath.

“Horrifying”
+Nothing I’m making the review again as the property replied to my first review & said that basically my review was a lie to obtain a refund I encourage anyone who’s looking at here to read all reviews! Ignore the positive ones if you are a clean person and have a clean home do not stay here !!!
−Please look at my other review these photos advertised are not the pictures of how the rooms are it is absolutely disgusting, I’ve been offered something like £40 refund we had 2 rooms and didn’t stay the second night we could not have a child in there it was like a crack den!!! Booking.com please investigate this property it needs taken off here it’s a con! People are literally being robbed and then again at the property room strictly no check in until 4pm that’s because if people where allowed to check in early they would clearly run a mile! Please when I’m telling you I am a smoker and the rooms stank of a stale ash tray I am not exaggerating I felt like I stunk when I left it was so dirty . Reception doesn’t seem to do anything about the weed smoking occupants wish I’d read the reviews before booking the photos speak for themselves
