10.0“Lovely place to rest and unwind in comfort.”
+Well located in the centre of town. Has the charm of an Edwardian building, with plenty of soft furnishing, large kitchen/living area, large bedroom, and large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The Old Barn is set in a well maintained garden, leafy and peaceful. Breakfast is left in the fridge, and is more than sufficient to make both a hearty dinner, and full breakfast. Rhonda is a wonderful host.

+Everything... wow... what a beautiful B & B. Attention to detail, perfect. Everything is in this absolutely beautiful little Barn. All the goodies to make a full cooked breakfast. Great location to everything. Loved our experience.

9.0“It’s like living in a Country style magazine. Bliss!”
+Perfect location in the heart of the town. Everything in this property is considered to ensure your stay is perfect. The breakfast was truly sensational and the late checkout ment we got to enjoy everything the barn had to offer!
−Making the stone floor dirty when it was wet and muddy on arrival 😔

8.0“Comfy and central”
+We stayed for one night, and as we had to head to the airport very early, we didn't get to fully enjoy the breakfast, however what was supplied was generous and varied (bacon, eggs, sausages, bread, yoghurt, cereals and delicious jams). There were lots of other dinner/snack/drink items available for purchase. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to forage in the gardens for veggies and herbs etc. The room was really snug, once we worked out the heating, and the bed was huge and really, really comfortable. Gardens were gorgeous for a sundowner and to soak up the afternoon sun! Great location in the centre of Oatlands and walking distance to The Mill and IGA. The complimentary port and walnuts was just lovely and unexpected!
−There's not a lot of bench/storage space for your groceries or luggage as there are large decorative pieces everywhere. This was easily solved by moving everything, but there's not a lot of space to move things to and moving risks damage. Also a few housekeeping issues at the time of our stay.

10.0+It’s a fantastic little barn cottage, with a super cozy vibe. The garden is also lovely! It’s clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We especially liked being able to prepare dinner with items stocked on the minibar - it was a nice touch!
−Some of the interiors and decorations were a bit much and in the way - it wasn’t very practical. Breakfast was included and we gave weeks notice asking for a dietary requirement but were told on the day we arrived that it wouldn’t be accommodated. We would have preferred to opt out of the breakfast.

+Absolutely charming cottage in a beautiful old town. Rhonda has created a cosy and stylishly decorated experience set in beautiful gardens. The cottage has everything and the breakfast was superb.

10.0“I would stay longer next time.”
+Ambience, chickens, garden
−The town opens late and closes early but the property made up for what the town lacked.
