+Easy to reach from Edinburgh Waverley train station, bus 26 stops right outside the hotel. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed. Everything was just perfect, nothing to complain about. Highly recommend! 😊

“Quiet and comfortable.”
+It is situated a quiet area and is on a bus route with frequent buses to the city centre. The room was clean and while the breakfast choices weren't as wide as in a larger hotel there was sufficient choice and the quality was good. Overall very good value for accommodation within easy reach of the city centre.
−The room was a little small, but that is only to be expected in an old building that has been converted to a small hotel so isn't really a complaint.

“Cozy weekend stay”
+Loved that it was cozy. It was also not too far from the city by bus and only 15 mins walk to the beach.
−It is a bit dated as you can see from paint cracking but I think it comes with the territory for an older manor like house .

+Manny was a great host. He was always there to help us, if needed, and there to greet us each time walked through the front door. We would definately stay there again. Thank you Manny and Tony
