“We would definitely stay again.”
+We stayed in the well laid out, compact double room on the top floor. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Having a fridge was one of the main reasons I chose it and the owners thoughtfully provided milk of our choice. Exceptional value for money and the cleanliness was faultless. It’s quite warm in the room so cosy for an Autumn stay.
−The sloping ceiling did mean moving with care when in bed and when near the window but it wouldn’t prevent us staying again, it’s just something to be mindful of.

+A warm welcome from Adam, our room was ready early for us which was great as we only planned on leaving our luggage and checking in later. Coffee, sugar, a range of teas and our choice of fresh milk supplied. Also lovely toiletries and towels for our use.

+Adam and Nicole were good hosts. We had everything we needed for our 2 day stay. The room we stayed in was spotless and comfortable, as well as milk in the fridge for our first cuppa.

“Perfect for a single person, everything you need for a comfortable, relaxed base to explore the area.”
+My single room was spotlessly clean. It was beautifully designed to use every inch of space. I really didn’t expect a food prep area, fridge and microwave as well as kettle. Built in areas under the bed to store luggage out of the way. Good quality mattress and tv with Netflix. Shelves and hooks to hang towels etc, they thought of everything! I was there for 2 nights and will be my first choice if I’m in the area again.

“Cozy room close to town”
+Honestly think that the pictures don't do this room justice, it was much roomier than we expected and a great base for a few nights. The microwave oven was also so useful to have for heating up food. There was also Netflix available on TV, and a stand up fan that kept the room so cool. It was a nice cozy place, really close to bus stops and walkable from Windermere/Bowness as well. The host was also so kind, we wished we could have stayed longer.

+Everything was so well thought through! Lovely comfy rooms, finished to a great standard with everything you could need! The location was nice and quiet but close to amenities and attractions. Host was great and responsive.

“Loved it”
+The room has everything I needed for my 3 night stay including a microwave so I could get a ready meal instead of eating out. Really well planned with crockery and cutlery. They even provided washing up liquid, dishcloth and tea towel and a small draining rack next to the bathroom basin. Easy walking distance to both Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere for shops, restaurants and the lake
−A tiny criticism is that the shower cubicle is on the small side, ok for me as I'm quite little bit a larger person might struggle getting in and out of it
