+The staff were so accommodating to us after we had to check out of another hotel due to a bad experience. Would highly recommend this hotel! Was clean and comfortable perfect for your stay in Ella!

“Ella Heritage”
+The view from the pool was nice. It was close to restaurants.
−The pool was not clean. Some of the steps were steeper than normal - I'd hurt my knee and found these quite a challenge. The fixtures in the bathroom weren't mounted securely. I didn't want to use the bath as it didn't look like it was sitting correctly. Ella is a little bit too "backpacker ish" for us.

“Great view, great food, great staff but accept some facility defects. Overall, well worth stay.”
+The view to Ella Rock is exceptional. The staff is also exceptional. They are very friendly and helpful in every way the can. The breakfast is very delicious and one definitely is full afterwards. We also tried the restaurant for dinner and it was very delicious as well. The facilitiy is about 5-10min away from the center of Ella which we liked very much because it is more quiet but still very close.
−The facilities as well as the room could use some renovations. E.g. Our room had about 20 light switches but we didn’t find out the use for 15 of them 😅.

“A wonderful stay in the center of Ella - with a few minor things that could be improved”
+The staff is very friendly and helps you with everything, the location is great and the breakfast that is included is huge and you can order almost everything and they accept every special request! The rooms were big and the location cozy!
−The rooms could be a little newer; they should seal up some gaps and such so that not so many insects get in. The faucet and showerhead could be replaced, for example, and some areas could be cleaned more thoroughly, like the top of the canopy bed. Or in places where there are still spider webs or gecko droppings. The laundry service was good, but the clothes were slightly sticky or greasy in places and had a few stains. The same went for the bed linens; I suspect they’re using a strange detergent or too much of it.
