“Charming Place to Stay in Chama”
+I stayed here because I got stuck in Chama due to the storms / flooding, and the lodge was perfect for my needs , extremely comfy bed, cozy room, and charming property. It felt like staying in my own cabin and has that quaint mountain charm. I enjoyed that the property is pet friendly and has access to the Chama river. That back of the property is so lovely and I imagine this would be even more stunning in winter. Just a few minutes to downtown Chama.
−The shampoo and conditioner dispenser didn’t work very well.

“The owners never let me stay, but still took my money. I will be disputing with my bank.”
+Nothing, these people scammed me and took my money UNLAWFULLY!!!
−I spend over 150 Dollars renting a room. I showed up to the office, waited for over an hour, since I needed the bathroom. Called and the phone just rang, said they might be with a customer so I left for about an hour, came back, and still noone. I left a phone message requesting them to call me back, they never got back to me. Took my money. And I had to get another Cabin at another place for over 170 dollars.

+The motel complex consists of wooden buildings that are nicely constructed. The room is relatively large.
−The Wi-Fi is weak and doesn't always work. The refrigerator wasn't working. The bed was a disaster.
