“Cosy environment to relax away from town hustle and bustle”
+Lovely breakfast. Staff all friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable. Rooms spacious. The food in the evening was delicious.
−Not enough water pressure in the taps - so difficult to wash shampoo out of hair.

“Take a break from busy Masaka”
+This hotel is a gem. It is a good place to relax after the hustle and bustle of Masaka. I had got my bookings mixed up and they were very nice about it. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
−The water pressure in the bathroom was not enough.

“Beautiful and gorgeous place with an amazing garden”
+It's a beautiful place and fantastic garden and the great place to relax, very clean and the reliable WiFi and the breakfast was very delicious. The owner and the manager were so polite, responsive and professional. I definitely recommend this place, i really loved the place.
−At the beginning there were some problems but with the involvement of the manager, Clovis the issues have been resolved and I was moved to a much nicer room and comfortable. The place it's more than 1.6 km from the centre and no shops or restaurants around apart from the hotel's restaurant with a pricy food and certainly not shared kitchen. I believe the owner and the manager should provide some training to the staff and make them more effective to deal with the guests enquiries as they are slow and not effective.

“Superb”
+Super friendly staff, always looking to be helpful. Even checking up on me after I left to make sure I got to Kampala alright. Very comfortable beds, even in the dorm and a solid food and drinks offering.
−Not a complaint, as such, but keep in mind that the pool is popular with the locals so it can get a bit loud on some days. The water did stop running at one point but you can't blame the hotel for that, it's a problem with local infrastructure.
