“Comfortable, outstanding hospitality”
+Sebastiano Is an excellent Host. He explained where to go in Alghero, recommended the best restaurants in town, and most importantly he makes sure that you are happy and comfortable during your stay. I definitely would recommend, probably the best value for money.

“A clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with excellent hospitality”
+We had a wonderful stay at Sebastiano's place in Alghero on the last day of our holiday. The location is perfect,budget-friendly, close to the centre and beaches, with parking relatively easy to find nearby, and just a short drive to the airport. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a restful night. Sebastiano was a welcoming and friendly host, clearly dedicated to maintaining a great space for his guests. We would stay here again if we returned to Alghero, as the town deserves more time to explore!
−We had no negative experiences during our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised and in line with what you'd expect for the price,if not better! The place exceeded our expectations with its exceptional cleanliness, surprisingly comfortable beds, and Sebastiano's warm hospitality.

+Simple but very cozy clean apartment. The center is a 10-minute by walk and many good cafes and shops are very close. The host was super nice! We will definitely be back, I strongly recommend it. 🥳

+La locazione dell’edificio era perfetto. Riguardo al trovare posto per parcheggiare non era tanto difficile ma dipende dalle ore di arrivo. La camera era sempre pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Grazie mille a Sebastiano per tutto. È meraviglioso!

“Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen!”
+Sebastiano & Maria waren sehr nette und zuvorkommende Hosts! Sie waren immer für uns da und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei ihnen. Sie haben uns allerlei Tipps für Alghero und die Region gegeben, sei es für Restaurant, Strand oder Fahrzeugverleih. Wir haben insgesamt eine Woche in ihren beiden Unterkünften verbracht: 5 Nächte im Elisart 1 und 2 Nächte im Elisart 2. Beide Unterkünfte haben ihre Vorteile. Das Elisart 1 eignet sich gut, wenn man gerne in Gesellschaft ist, da man die Hosts hier täglich antrifft und mit ihnen nette Gespräche führen kann. Man darf die Küche nicht zum Kochen nutzen, da es auch ihre Private ist, aber es gibt Kaffee und Wasser zur freien Entnahme. Das Elisart 2 eignet sich gut für Gruppen, da man hier ein gesamtes Apartment (je nachdem wie viele Zimmer man mietet) für sich hat und die Hosts nicht dort wohnen. Hierzu gehört auch die Küche, die man nutzen darf. Auch hier gibt es Wasser und Kaffee zur Verfügung. Jedes unserer Zimmer in beiden Unterkünften war mit eigenem Bad und einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Zimmer im Elisart 2 hatte auch einen eigenen Balkon. Im Elisart 1 hatten wir keinen eigenen Balkon, jedoch durften wir den allgemeinen Balkon nut
