“Book the Junior Suite with Balcony 💫”
+Highly recommend the Junior Suite with Balcony if you're into natural light!! Also, shout out to Ruby and Lily for being wonderful, WON- DER-FUL, hosts. They truly go above and beyond in every way. Hanoi is a magical place but people like the staff at Eliana truly make holiday an unforgettable experience. Thank you!!!
−Nothing. I was a very happy camper. Stopped by for a couple of hours in between day trips and flights.

+Smart TV Clean Excellent staff [RUBY DID AN AMAZING JOB] Complimentary ride to train station Map when we first arrived Great location Good value in terms of money Breakfast was good, fruits and egg (boiled). But not many options for vegans/halal [ couldn't confirm cross contamination ] **Knowing that we weren't the most content with our room, RUBY apologised and offered us a complimentary ride to the train station as she did not want us to leave with any negative memories.
−Cons - No natural light coming to room - window coveted. - twin beds room looked smaller than pics on booking - not much space to move around

+The hotel is located really well in the Old Quarter. The beds are comfortable. We were able to store our luggage on the day of departure and take a shower before leaving to the airport. The staff (Tom and Lily) were really helpful and friendly.
