“Peaceful and comfortable guest house, god breakfast and location!”
+The room was very clean and the breakfasts were lovely. The location is very good. A lovely pub and grocery across the way, and very near St Justs and St Mawes. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are also close by. The owners are very accommodating and we had lovely chats with the gentleman owner who is also an artist. His paintings are lovely and very Cornish - we bought a print of his from the adjoining shop.
−No complaints

“Excellent”
+The room was very spacious, and kept very clean. Anne was very pleasant and quite funny, so was her Dad. Excellent breakfast!! Lovely little village, good pub opposite, with nice staff and good grub. Very quiet, we like that. If you are after night life this would not be for you.
−All was good

“Wonderful short break rediscovering the Roseland Peninsula, with many thanks to Anne and her family.”
+There was a wide choice of breakfast options, all prepared/cooked to order by the wonderful host. The guest house has a pub directly in front of it, which served excellent homemade food, and was incredibly handy for us after a long day out as there isn't very much choice in the nearby vicinity. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, with tea & coffee facilities plus fresh water every day.

“A lovely stay in a small village nestled in a quiet corner of Cornwall.”
+The location is in a charming village, the parking is easy, and the garden is lovely. Our hostess, Anne, was very sweet and accommodating to our late arrival and dietary preferences. She kept a careful watch on our room key, which needed to be surrendered to her each time we went out and retrieved from her when we returned. The breakfast served by Anne in the breakfast room was delicious, and we enjoyed chatting with the other guests.
−The steps up to our room were very steep, and the room was small and the bed hard. The en-suite bathroom was tiny, and the sink faucet dripped constantly. Our hostess Anne got it turned off, but it being the weekend while we were there, no plumber was available to actually fix it.
