+The hostel was super clean, and all the staff were really nice, especially Sega! I booked dinner too late and there was no food available for me, but Sega kindly helped me order a takeaway, which I really appreciated. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and having a power socket right next to the bed was a big plus. Overall, a really comfortable stay with great staff. Would definitely recommend!
−The only downside is that the air conditioning is only switched on after 6 pm, and it gets extremely hot during the day. However, the price is very affordable, so you get what you pay for. Overall, good value for money if you’re travelling on a budget!

“Good value for money and extremely nice staff”
+Very nice property with different styles of accomodation. Good for solo travelers as it's social. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, everything was kept very clean. The pool was nice to cool off mid day. The game drives/combo tours that are offered on site are at a great value.
−Location is far from center. Small things like more mirrors and soap at the bathroom sink would make a difference. I wanted to book activities and asked for help with a transfer (which was offered to me after my booking was confirmed) prior to my arrival, sadly there was no response to several of my messages and calls through booking.com and whatsapp.

+These guys run a tight ship, Neo was exceptional in catering to my every need. loved the atmosphere and the well priced safari trips. especially the boat excursion.. would definitely recommend and return.. Tent rooms are especially comfortable and well though out, and dining areas were really conducive to mixing with other guests..

−Nous avons été particulièrement déçues de l’accueil, la dame a l’entrée était toujours sur son téléphone… Nous avons eu un soucis lors de notre voyage et avions demandé si nous pouvions modifier notre réservation et on nous avait dit qu’ils allaient regarder…au final nous avons payer une nuit supplémentaire dans le vent Ils ont été malhonnêtes et c’est le SEUL logement à ne pas avoir été arrangeant Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement D’autres voyageurs étaient également déçus…

“Dos dias de terror”
+Nada un lugar en medio de la jungla, me cobraron lo que quisieron y si no se pintan como matones, desde que llegue me cobraron el transporte doble. Por que vine sola. Luego en el hospedaje me dieron una cueva de piedra con 40 grados de temperatura que había, mas la sensacion termica imaginen mi salud se vio afectada pedi cambio de habitación e incumpliendo la lealtad con Booking me diero una habitacion con aire acondicionado me dijeron que Booking cobra un impuesto y me lo cargaron a mi en total por dos noches sin hacer nada me cobraron 266 dolares americanos en un lugar que no vale nada, no hay nada que ver solo.Calor. ya me queje varias veces a bookin y a la misma dueña y se burla de mi. Nunca en todas mis experiencias de viaje por el mundo fui asaltada asi y mediante el respaldo de booking ahora espero que ellos respondan y den una solución ami reclamo no es justo pagar tanto por nada uno busca a booking por habitaciones baratas y no para caer en manos de asaltantes. Cuando uno viaja por mas de dos meses no puede pagar esa cantidad por dos noches encima en un lugar horrible. Me cobraron una comisión extra aducinando que era por Booking.Los alojamientos deben cumplir con condicio

−外のトイレやシャワーは虫が多い(特に夜)ため、虫除けスプレーが役に立ちました。できれば部屋に蚊取り線香のような蚊よけがある方がありがたいです。それでも素晴らしい滞在でした。
