+This hotel is considered a budget hotel, with a very reasonable price. Of course, because of the price, do not expect luxury, but cleanliness and comfort are enough. There might be some noise from the cars outside, but that is acceptable. Thank you to the wonderful front desk for the warm welcome, and thank you very much for the support

−Absolutely terrible experience! The conditions were so awful that we were forced to leave in the middle of the night, find another hotel, and pay for alternative accommodation ourselves. The room was filthy, with mold everywhere, insects, no hot water, a strong damp smell, and dirty bed linen covered in someone else’s hair and smelling unpleasant. The hotel management refused to refund our money or offer any assistance. The situation became so serious that we even had to call the police, who came to the hotel. Completely unacceptable conditions and disgraceful customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel!

“Bad and inaccurate advertising”
+I did not stay there. The entire place was totally different from what was advertised. It was a scam advertised as a 4 star hotel but is actually a 2 star motel. The entrance was a narrow stairs where there's no space. The lobby was small narrow tight with plastic bags on the floor loose wiring hanging from stairs and lights and they gave me a scary dingy basement room. I did not feel safe and checked out straightaway. I should be getting a refund Do not stay and the hotel should not deceive people
−As above

+It was a clean room and apartment. Close to bus and metro station.
−There is a mosque close to the apartment, it plays adhan voice around 2 hours before the sun rises very loudly every day.
