+I have never really seen such dirty accommodation. The staff tried hard but it didn't help, there is no room service and we had to leave the day we arrived because we couldn't stay in such dirty accommodation with a baby and toddler. The manager Fatih told me that he wouldn't charge me for the second day and that it would take a month until I got a refund for the day I paid for. On August 24th I paid and booked. Arrival was on August 28th and departure on August 29th was supposed to be refunded but nothing has come to date, which is why I decided to share my experiences with you. I am being ignored by Fatih Bey and that means for me my money will not come back.
