“Closed at arrivel”
+Actualy we havent stages at the place. So there is nothing to tell about what we liked
−The place was closed when we arrived from the airport. Even after communication that we would arrive later. And we got confirmation that that would not be a problem. The day after our booked room was not available Even though we booked for 2 nights. Could have been a good hostel. But we left because our room was no longer available. Hope we get our money back.

“BED BUGS!”
+the past review I left, I left positively. this one will be different. however, the staff who worked there, the ladies like Gaby, are amazing, so I will not change my opinion on that.
−- BED BUGS!!!! My first hotel of the holidays, so they definitely gave me bed bugs. I tried contacting them through booking.com, no response. I didn’t even get money back for my stay or having to wash all my clothes and switch hotels. Terrible terrible terrible. Don’t stay here, you don’t want to take bed bugs with you! - cold shower - uncomfortable bed

“It’s fine to stay at, not luxurious, but that’s not what you pay for anyways!”
+• The staff was amazing. Extremely kind. I was sick on arrival so I asked if I could check in earlier and they immediately started cleaning the room so I could get in (1.5 hours earlier!). My earring also fell out and the sweet ladies helped me put it back in. • The room was spacious. I was alone, but could easily fit two.
−• Honestly the bed wasn’t that comfortable. Since I was sick I spent the whole day in bed, so that wasn’t the best for me. • The shower was cold and didn’t have much water pressure (so did the toilet).

“unprofessional, unreliable and irresponsable”
+nothing
−I booked a reservation for this hotel few months back, 2 hours before my arrival I called to let them know I was coming, the owner answered and told me they didn’t have a room for me and blame it on Booking saying they cancelled my reservation. After calling bookings customer service, they told me that was a lie and the hotel actually didn’t manage their reservations properly, I was left without a room or where to sleep.
