“Goog”
+Great location, dinner and breakfast was included and was a semi-upscale hotel.
−There was a dog on the street that barked all night and kept us up.

+Centrally located and close to the train station.
−1. The front desk staff were not very friendly at all. 2. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. 3. There is a bar directly adjacent and there was loud music the night we got there. 4. Breakfast offering was poor.

“This hotel needs a constellation to become a Four Stars”
+I wouldn’t have many good things to say.
−Our room was clean and comfortable, but the hotel had numerous maintenance and service issues. The toilet lid in the common bathroom near the entry lobby was removed and not replace, which in my opinion is not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel. It was not working properly for two days and remained unfixed when I left. The elevator button on my floor wasn’t working. At checkout, the staff gave me a review form and pressured me to complete it on the spot. I declined because I had several concerns to share and did not want to rush my feedback. The reception staff were also somewhat rude to our group and other guests when we asked how soon we could check in. We were told that even if rooms were ready, hotel policy would not allow guests to access them early. This rigid and unfriendly policy, combined with the way it was communicated, was disappointing. Overall, the maintenance, service, and guest experience fall far below what I would expect from a four-star hotel. In my opinion, this hotel should be rated no more than one star.

“High quality hotel in great location”
+Great central location. High quality facilities Very clean rooms and communal areas HB evening meal was of high quality Small but nice spa area with sauna and hot tub which was included within our suite price
−Disappointing breakfast which also closed at 9.30am on the dot. Staff were generally quite officious. Made it difficult for us to check out of one of our suites 1 hr later than 10am. Didn’t explain that you had to book the 1 hour spa slot in advance and felt slightly that we were tourists being churned through

+La ubicación y el restaurante, y comodidad de que te lleven la maleta a la estación.
−Que al ir a ducharme a las 8 de la tarde ya no hubo agua caliente.
