+The hotel is located in the upper part of Grindelwald, in a peaceful, natural setting with absolutely breathtaking views. It has a warm, family-run feel and is extremely well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are surprisingly luxurious and well equipped, beyond what I would have expected from a hotel like this. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was beautifully presented, and I especially want to mention the guy who was in charge of it. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but he was new at the time (he had just arrived from Spain) and was incredibly kind. He made me a delicious omelet and went out of his way to help me check whether a particular dish contained nuts, as I'm allergic to some of them. I highly recommend this hotel! Just keep in mind that if you find walking uphill and downhill difficult, you'll probably need to take the (free) bus to get to the center of Grindelwald.
−Nothing. It was perfect.

“great view, clean rooms and helpful staff”
+The view was spectacular! I liked the option to sit at the balcony and simply observe how the day ends. It was also nice that there was a kettle with tea options. The room was very clean and warm. The hotel offers breakfasts only (they prepare you eggs freshly, food selection was also nice - something for everyone) but they said there is no problem to use kitchen for preparing e.g. dinner, if needed. We could visit the city with the public transportation for free, thanks to the special cards we received at the reception.
−I had to wait for the room despite I was already after the check in time, but I could see that the cleaning team was doing their best to finish as soon as possible. The only thing I did not like was the clogged shower drain - the water wasn't draining fast enough. I think it is something that should not happen in such amazing place.

“Incredible view, modern self catering studio with cozy vibes, spacious and would stay again!”
+We had a studio room, it was fantastic for our needs. Especially the kitchen as it meant we could buy our own food to prepare as needed. Views were incredible from every window and staff were very helpful.

“AMAZING!!! BOOK BOOK BOOK!!!!”
+My favourite place to stay in Grindenwald!! If you can - pleace just book this place! Yes, it's steep to come here, but the room was amazing, so big and nice, with balcony. You can prepare food in the kitchen. I just loved the bed and bathroom! Love love love! And a guy in reception was really nice.
−Too bad what I spend here just one night :(

“Super”
+Super ruhige Lage mit mega Aussicht, moderne Zimmer, sehr schöne gemeinsame Bereiche! Super Preis-Leistung für Grindelwald! Sehr freundliches Personal!
−Türen in den Zimmern sahen sehr verbraucht und selten geputzt aus. Betten eher weich, aber nicht durchgelegen, sondern einfach eher weiche Matraze.
