+Location-right across street from train station. View, unbelievable from balcony of Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau . Food pretty good, convenient. Staff great!. Room cozy and comfortable.
−Some mornings there was no place to sit for breakfast. Too many Americans.

“Great stay in Murren”
+The location was perfect, the room was very nice with a balcony. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was amazing. One gentleman literally helped me carry my bag to the station because the train was coming.
−The shower was great, but it was open to the bathroom and water got out of the shower area easily. It wasn't a big deal, but it did get the bathroom floor wet.

“Definitely stay here”
+My room had THE best views and was so incredibly comfortable. Location was excellent, I could walk either way with spectacular views. The restaurant food was top quality.
−As a solo traveller I felt invisible at times in the restaurant which I did express at the end of my stay.

+Location, location, location. The view from the room was exceptional. Very close to the train station--only across a street.
−Everything is basic - - room, breakfast, and services. This "hotel" does not have a front desk. You check in at a restaurant and restaurant workers assist you with check in and everything else, who are not so helpful nor kind. No amenities to speak of.

“Been here before 12 years ago and would return again!”
+Remolded with great bed. Elevator was great and so was breakfast. Bathroom was excellent and plenty of electrical outlets. Right acrosd from train station.
−Room 326 has a great balcony but it’s for short person. I’m only 5’7 but the rafters could give someone a good bounce if not careful. Probably worst pillows for this trip.
