“Good stay at Eden House”
+Great location, great staff, clean, comfy bed and pillows.
−Bathroom is tiny, think cruise ship bathroom size. The sink is extra tiny and has a console oddly placed 12 inches in front of it so I had to use the sink standing from the side, very odd.

“Disappointing at best.”
+Location.
−The rooms were miniature! Didn’t even have room to walk at the bottom of the bed and no room to put suitcases! The pictures on the website are extremely deceptive!

“Cozy and comfortable place close to good food and shops.”
+How close it is to all the action but far away it’s quiet. Pool was nice and so was staff
−Wish there was a bit more parking but it is what it is.

“Beautiful historic hotel”
+The staff were incredible. Everything was very clean. I loved how well maintained everything was. The pool was very relaxing and the landscaping made us feel like we were on a tropical island.
−Our room was extremely small and cramped. It would have been great if breakfast was included. However, we would still stay there again. We would just book a different room.

+The property was charming and the room was very clean. They had a lot of special touches: Very nice umbrellas by the pool, paint was clean and updated, the hot tub worked, the pool was kept clean and a nice temperature. Floaties by the pool to use. The tiki bar was open from 3-6pm on the first day with happy hour from 4-5. Friendly staff. Walkable to Duval. Great bakery around the corner. Very quiet.
−Small room - may consider a larger unit next time. Tiki bar was not open on the second night - not a huge deal.

“A loVely Stay”
+Loved this hotel. It was really quirky and full of charm. Staff were fabulous. Loved the welcome drink.
−Would have preferred proper cups and glasses instead of paper and plastic.
