“Very very very very bad!”

−Normally I don’t give bad comment. While this time I got my worst experience in my journey. There’s no one on site to organize your check in. In the meantime they don’t tell you how to access your room in advance. You have to contact the administrator when you arrive. But there’s totally no signal to interment in the lobby. The signal for phone call is also very unstable. When I finally found a place with weak signal to call them, the lady keep talking nonsense and I have to call her again and again when I lost my signal. I don’t understand why she can’t just simply tell me 4th floor, door 16B, room XXX? It seems she has no idea about those information, although she’s the administrator of the apartment. She just keep asking my name from time to time, while I have told her over 5 times! We booked a room for 3 person which is 30 m2. But the lady led me to a super small room. I don’t know what would be if I do not realize that myself. I had to call her again, after I have called her 4 times! Then she told me it’s her mistake, then she told me another room, which looked correct. While, the interest thing is, after I revised my internet, I found she texted me another room name. Finally

“Next time I'm near the Amalfi coast, I will be staying here.”
+Staying here was perfect for my time in Salerno. I had the 'Roxy' room, which had a great little kitchenette and cookware, espresso machine, and even lines on the balcony to hang laundry. Great shops nearby, not even 50 feet from a grocery store and cafe. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the historical center, 20 minutes to the ferries, and has easy access to the local buses and trains. Someone, maybe the host, came to tidy the room and replenish TP and towels everyday. Chatting with her made me feel so welcome in Salerno. Bed was super comfortable as well!

“olores y ruidos innecesarios e insoportables”

−la habitación pequeña no es como se muestra en fotos, todo limpio pero en el baño pegado a la cama tiene un olor a desagüe horrible y la limpieza la hacían todos los días pero dejaban la habitación con un mal olor como si limpiaran con agua sin ningún producto y el era doble mal olor el que sali del baño y el que dejaban en la hab. los ruidos de las habitaciones no dejan descansar por la noche y cada vez que se abre el caño o nos duchábamos salía un ruido insoportable y ademas se escuchaba de las otras habitaciones.. la zona afuera hay gente durmiendo y fumando y daba mucho miedo. la comunicación con la srta por wasap fue amable pero jamas regresaría no recomendaría porque uno llega cansado por la noche y no puedes descansar y encima el mal olor

+Está muy bien ubicada. Muy fácil acceso a todos los lugares de interés y tiene ascensor, que aunque muy pequeño resulta útil ya que se encuentra en un cuarto piso. Muy limpio y bien equipado

“parfait !”
+Stefania est à l’écoute et très présente dans l’accompagnement du check in/out, le logement est bien équipé et à proximité de tout en plus d’être bien sécurisé et dans un bon quartier de Salerne de plus le ménage est fait tous les jours ce qui est top
−quelques odeurs venant des canalisations dans la salle de bain / cuisine mais rien de trop désagréable
