“We did not stay !! We need our hard earned money back !”
+The place was terrible , loud noise , drug sales in parking lot , people screaming ….. we literally booked walked in and walked out demanding a refund which one month later we are still waiting on !!! But don’t worry I will take it to small claims if it’s not here by Nov 3rd !

“Terrible Experience - Dirty Hotel, Rude Staff, and Double Charges!”
+At least we had somewhere to sleep. That's about the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.
−I stayed at this hotel with my spouse after making a reservation through Booking.com. When we arrived, we informed the front desk staff that we already had a reservation. However, they charged us again. We later realized that Booking.com had also charged us for the same stay. When we requested a refund, the hotel staff told us to contact Booking.com instead of taking responsibility for the double charge. The hotel itself was extremely dirty! The carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in ages. They were old, filthy, and appeared not to have been cleaned or replaced in years. The staff was rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after charging us twice, they tried to impose a $50 cancellation fee through Booking.com! Fortunately, after a heated argument over the phone, I was finally able to get my money refunded. What bothered me the most was that we were only informed about the cancellation fee after we had already paid for our stay. This is particularly concerning because guests may decide they don't want to stay after seeing the poor condition of the property. I would never recommend this hotel. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else!

“I am glad I only had to stay for one night”
+It has a good location, next to 95, and close to New Haven where we visited
−It says on the site it offers breakfast but actually it provides nothing, not even a cup of coffee. its staff didn't bother to explain why this was different from what it advertises online. And there is no coffer maker in the room. Hair drier does not work. The hair dryer next door does not work either. Towers are old, no basic toilet necessities, such a toothbrush and paste. An uncomfortable experience is as we returned from dinner in the evening and went upstairs to our room, we met a drunken man, peeing on the open hallway. That was horrifying!

−The room reserved was not .available Assigned another room which was dirty no clean sheets hair on the floor soap had been used. Rooms were rented by the hour so you can imagine the type of clients that used this hotel.

“PROSTITUTION AND DRUG HOTEL NOT SAFE”
+ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! This is a prostitution and drug dealers hotel. It was an absolute nightmare! I’M DEAD SERIOUS THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS.
−ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! This hotel is riddled with prostitutes and drug dealers. A guy came in while I was checking in and asked for a room for 3 hours! That’s called a short stay. It’s for prostitution and drug deals. The first room they sent me to, the door was open when I got there, beds were in shambles and stuff in the room. The guy says sorry and he is upgrading my room. Send me to a room with a giant jacuzzi in the corner. The bathroom door has a giant hole in it, not a towel in sight, toilet had waste in it, and I’m fairly certain it was infested with every STD KNOWN AND UNKNOWN to mankind. I insisted on a refund and left. After threatening to call the police and contact everyone I could think of, he says fine and gives me a receipt for the refund. After waiting several days and no refund on my card I realize he made a fake receipt, the card info was not mine, and the info he put down was made up. Thank goodness I have law enforcement connections because they just messed with the wrong person. Pretty sure this place is about to find themselves under investigation. And I have pictures and a video to back all this up. BE AWARE AND DO NOT STAY HERE. IT’S DANGEROUS AND DIRTY!

“Quiet but I was disgusted with the room”

−It was dirty the sheets had old stains on them and burn marks the bathroom door was broken there weren’t any towels and wash clothes provided the room smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in . The ac was broken . It was disgusting . And the pricing for a room like that was outrageous
