+The rooms was clean.. we stayed in a smoking room and couldn't smell that someone had smoked in it . Beds was comfortable.
−The first room we stayed in two lights didn't work. The phone cord to the receiver was unplugged so I plugged it back in and it didn't have a dial tone. I didn't look to see if it was plugged in to the phone jack. The chair at the desk had seen better days . It was like a leather office chair and the back was coming off of the metal frame. If you wasn't careful you could cut yourself on it from both sides. Our second room that week was fine but the house keeper didn't refill the conditioner and coffee and drinking cups.

“It was a terrible experience.”
+The breakfast was fine.
−One member of our group got bedbug bites, the rooms needed cleaning, and one of the toilet seats was partially broken.

“Do not stay here.”
+Location to the highway would normally be good. We had to travel across town though because of construction that had the entrance onto the highway closed.
−The room was not clean. There was mold in the bathroom above the shower and beside the shower. Housekeeping did not clean the floors under the bed or by the bathroom sink area. I know this because there was a couple of dead bugs on the floor. The shams on the bed do not look like they were clean nor ever changed. As a former US Marine, I have slept in some horrible places around the world. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

−The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, and the parking lot was a little sketch but over all we stayed one night and for the money spent it was worth the value
