“I will never stay there again. It was that bad.”
+The best person was a big fat, Mexican guy that would rather eat then take care of his people
−Well, first of all get a key to the room would be better. There was no toiletries. It was just a bad experience.

“Stay at another motel, regardless of the discounted price!”
+Close to the highway.
−Tries to contact property prior to visit to inquire about an early check-in. Phone number listed on Booking.com was disconnected. Sent two email via Booking.com website, never answered. When we arrived nobody was at front desk so we rang the bell, waited about 10 minutes and saw a cleaning staff who called her boss. Front desk person was at the bank and told us to wait five minutes for him. Once he arrived, were told that he needed to “check to see” if any rooms with two beds were available, which was laughable as the entire hotel parking lot was completely empty! Once he found us a room, he had to call the owner to see if early check-in was allowed. There was a $40 fee that they would waive if I gave them a 5-star Google review, that he checked and took a photo of…definitely weird. Check-in was very slow. We were told that there were no towels in room; he brought us towels. Two bath towels that had dark stains on them and one washcloth. No soap in room; no shampoo in room. The tub was disgusting. The AC worked.

−It looks abandoned. No one around . The restaurant advertised for the property was shuttered. Very bleak. Booking should not have this property on their website. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough

“Great stay and good pricing for the room.”
+The room was very clean and the gentleman that checked us in was very kind and helpful! The only thing that I would recommend is having some form of hand soap or a bar to wash our hands with. Overall, it was a great stay!

“Comfortable for what we needed.”
+Using booking.com to check in was almost too easy. Quiet.
−I’m not sure how the corporate angle works but for some reason it irks me that this shows up as a motel 6 everywhere else. Not a big deal

“Horrible”
+Nothing. Everything was dirty
−We got there and I waited for 30 minutes for them to wake up and come to the front desk. They room had dirty towels that was left on the floor that they had used to clean up the bathroom. Floors were beyond dirty and only a quarter of a toilet paper roll. Not worth the money at all. And customer service was horrible
