“Extremely unsanitary room conditions, concerning physical symptoms, and unacceptable customer servic”
+Unfortunately, there was nothing positive about our stay. The overall condition of the room and the lack of assistance from hotel management made this an extremely disappointing experience.
−Room 102 had a strong, unpleasant odor, deteriorating walls, and what appeared to be possible mold or moisture damage. We also discovered a roach on the floor, and approximately two hours after settling in, we began experiencing itching. My wife developed a rash, and we both experienced headaches after sleeping in the room. When we reported these concerns to the front desk, the staff refused to provide assistance or a refund and simply said, "Sorry."

“Not my most pleasant time”
+Staff was friendly and nice,.bed and pillows were good
−I didn't know that "smoking rooms" are still a thing- our room smelled like an ashtray. we found disposable lighters under the edge of the bed, on the floor,. the room was in a state of needing work, mismatched paint trying tp cover gouges in the drywall, etc,. carpet is very worn. The "free breakfast" is the most meager I've ever seen

“Don't stay here”
+Nothing. We didn't end up staying here. Requested a refund.
−Booked 2 rooms. Both rooms smelled and very dirty. Floors were wet. Beds just had a sheet. Bathrooms were dirty. We ended up getting rooms somewhere else. Unfortunately I should of taken pictures. The pictures online were opposite of what they gave us. Even the lobby breakfast area was less to be desired. Please take this hotel off booking.com.

−i booked a non smoking room and when i checked in they said it was smoking. With my asthma i had to go buy items to try to help with the smell. there was roaches in the room and i killed 5 and set bait traps to make sure there were no more. i had to check out a day early due to my breathing getting worse. i could not get refunded for that last night and could not speak to anyone for help.
