“Disgusting, not clean”
+The front staff was really polite and tried to get my complaints written down and told me who to contact.
−The room was disgusting. There was mold in the shower, sheets on the beds had stains or something on them. The room had spider webs over the front door. The carpet were extremely nasty.

+The guy Aiden at the front desk was very polite and helpful.
−The room had holes in the bedspread. It stunk horribly. Booked a king room and all they had was 2 full size beds. They weren't even queen sized.

−Room was very dirty, linen was stained and we were only given one set of towels for 2 people. Floor was dirty and we booked a non smoking room and was told thay they gave our room to someone else and the only room they had was a smoking room. We had to go buy cleaning and air freshener just to be able to stay in the room. I had such a headache because of the smell. Staff didn't seem to care about our concerns. I will never stay there. It was so disappointing. They didnt even give us a discount for having to stay in a room that smelled like smoke. Many of the outlets didn't work.

“Horrible”
−Dirty bedding and nasty room. The hotel told us at check-in they had only received payment from booking.com for one room and we had to pay cash for the second room
