“It was not what i expected”
+the location was easy to reach. nothing excited me other than the location.
−i did not like anything. the room did not even have a remote for the tv. Check-in was a mission, i stayed outside waiting for 30 minutes while the person could not find my booking. no heating equipment, the room was cold.

+Service offering; Locality, Check-in process, personnel, simplicity of unit, and ease of access.
−Bed, bedding, Towel; While clean, they are severely worn out, and no longer 'passable'. Making 'fair rest' and use impossible. Shower needs Re-tilling and thorough cleaning.

+The rooms look beautiful from outside, and the Parking is great
−The actual rooms and the check-in I'm process. When I arrived, I just my name and I was given the keys. Got to the rooms, the rooms like a passage, beds without headboards, I booked a Deluxe room but all the rooms are exactly the same, the only different with the room allocated to me was the TV Size which was slightly bigger than other rooms, beside that it's the same Passage Rooms. I'm not that Big but I couldn't fit in the toilet space. No bedside tables and no headboards. I didn't even stay at the facility, I went to the room for 5min and returned the keys and left... I tried to get my refund but I was told there's no refund, but even with that... I couldn't stay there. The Bedding didn't smell clean either. The Shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned for Months.
