“Camilo and Daniel were super friendly and helpful. Check in was simple, communication was excellent throughout, towels w”
+The location, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean with great aircon and en suite bathrooms that were very cool. The gardens between the rooms was shady and beautiful. Cannot fault on any level.
−Nothing to dislike.

“Decent place for an overnight stay.”
+Location is good. Easy access to the beach. Cosy room.
−Limited parking spot. Music from nearby hotels/bar and horning cars on the street especially in the night makes it difficult to get a good night sleep. Breakfast can be improved.

+It was the worst stay ive ever been in! There was a gap on top of the front door big enough for moskitos and beatles and other bugs to come in! The bathrooms roof had to big giants openings for bugs to get in as well. I got bit about 8 times and has two sleepless nights do to bugs and terrible electricity quality so bad that the fans stopped working middle of the night causing us to wake up due to the heat.

“Deficiente”

+This is a little paradise in the craziness of the hotel district of Tulum. The staff are amazing - so kind, so helpful and willing to go the extra mile in countless ways. The hotel is filled with fantastic little details. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really cool.
