“4 star Scam”
−If this place is a 4-star hotel, I’m Sylvester Stallone. This place feels like a complete scam on Booking.com. Calling it a 4-star hotel is a stretch of the imagination,it’s essentially an apartment building or an overpriced Airbnb posing as a hotel. The front desk staff seem to have a universal catchphrase for anything you ask them: "I don't know." Ask about the city? "I don't know." Ask about local restaurants? "I don't know." To be fair, they did provide an electric kettle for the room when asked, which was a plus, but the general level of assistance is nonexistent. The breakfast is a sorry excuse for a morning meal. We’re talking about boiled cocktail sausages, an old, rubbery omelette, stale bread, and cereals that lost their crunch in the last century. Every single morning's spread was absolute rubbish,with one lone exception: the lovely breakfast staff who were actually welcoming and tried to salvage the morning by making a fresh omelette for you. The only true advantage here is the location right in the city centre. Save your money and book an actual hotel instead of falling for the 4-star marketing myth.

“Highly recommended”
+We had to book this hotel at the last minute due to an unexpected issue with another accommodation, and it turned out to be an absolute success! We were pleasantly surprised with an unexpected upgrade to a comfortable apartment on the upper floor. It was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and everything was perfect for a pleasant stay. The service was excellent, check-in was smooth and easy, and we were welcomed with a lovely little welcome gesture. Breakfast was also very convenient and added to the overall positive experience. After the stress of having to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, staying here was a real pleasure. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

“Amazing location, great staff, a very pleasant place to stay.”
+It was a fantastic location in the middle of the city but down a side road. The room was exceptionally clean and surprisingly quiet. Flavia needs a special mention, she was extremely helpful trying to get a ticket to see parliament, sadly it was close and I ended up with a throat infection. There’s no place like home when you’re unwell but I was very comfortable and thankfully chemists, corner shops and a great little take away bakery where only a minute or two away. There’s breakfast had a lot of choice, so though I didn’t get to see Bucharest I had a really pleasant experience at the hotel. Thank you.

“Surprisingly Pleasant”
+It was just off the main road, and within easy walking distance of the old city and transport links. Room a good size, with a nice little balcony. Bed very comfortable.
