+Lovely place to stay. Spacious, comfortable and spotless. Given that the price was low, I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the extra touches like water, apple juice, and choc chips muffins, and I appreciated that the TV was a smart TV where I could sign into my Netflix and Prime etc. It's things like that which make all the difference. The guy who does the housekeeping was a pleasant chap who was friendly and accommodating.

“Decent and great value”
+Great spot, helpful staff The chocolate muffins and water in the fridge were epic, I arrived late in the night and very hungry and most shops were closed. Nice and very comfy bed.
−Not the most upmarket vibe, but I had no qualms. You get what you pay for and this place was great value.

“Very noisy, not a great neighbourhood - you can’t sleep here. Good for food !”
+The breakfast was the positive thing. Good choice, good taste, and the chief was nice!
−It was so noisy I couldn’t sleep for 2 nights - I felt like I was in the street it was awful. The mattress was also of very poor quality. I barely slept and I come back exhausted of my trip because of this.

“They did not respond, and I did not stay at the place.”

−The service was extremely poor; I never actually gained access to the accommodation, which resulted in a financial loss. This experience has caused me to lose trust in the Booking.com platform, as I paid for the stay but was unable to stay there due to a complete lack of response.

“Stay away its horrible”
+Nothing
−Paid a price like for the Hilton, but may as well sleep in the street. They emailed that somebody is at reception which was not true. We phoned and were given a code for the door. There is no lift so we had to drag up luggage to the second floor on extremly small stairs. We just settled in and a person came into the room and said that it was his room. The woman on the phone gave us the wrong room. The window cannot be shut so with the street noise I did not sleep for a minute. You would have more peace in a hostel.

“Lovely place for a city trip”
+Cosy room, everything having been thought of: plug adaptors, early plus in case of noisy weekend nights, razors and toiletries, hair drier, iron and board... and last not least the delicious breakfast
