“It was cheap.”
+Transit was nearby which is good because there is nothing nearby.. The price was reasonable. The bed was clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet.
−The place was not clean. There was trash and food everywhere. Other people were coming and going, and no one was coming to clean up. When someone finally did come to clean, they left with the washer, unbalanced and making noise. I had to fix that. I had to throw out food that was rotting in the fridge. On my arrival I had to battle snow drifts to get in the place. There was a snow drift in the driveway and up the stairs. So no snow removal, no cleaning. The place has potential but they need some reliable help.

“Passable”
+Improvements needed: The common areas were not clean. Poor light to have access to the facility. A lot of snow in the entrance. No towels

“Good staying”
+Everything is OK, clean, the owner is willing to help, wifi is good.
−except the sleeping place on top because it's shaking when you're turning or moving. Just need to fix the bed.

“Very good”
+A good place to stay between flights. Clean, comfortable and simple if a bit pricey. The washroom was very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable.

“Great place to crash for one night at an affordable price!.”
+Very clean accommodation. Host was friendly and understanding. We had trouble running my Credit card. We finally used my Debit and he forfeited the deposit
−Did not like that the towel were $10. I will definitely bring one next time.
