“Overall it was a pleasant stay”
+The staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort itself is big and beautifully maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to fully enjoy the facilities or the breakfast, as we had to leave very early for Bana Hills and returned late in the evening. One unique feature was that the resort has a Japanese theme, including Japanese-style toilet seats in the rooms, which was a fun and interesting experience.
−We booked this hotel primarily because of its proximity to Bana Hills, as we wanted to reach the attraction early and avoid long travel times. However, we were not aware that the hotel is located within a resort area with very limited transportation options. Taxis are generally unwilling to come to the property, and the transportation arranged by the hotel is significantly more expensive than regular taxi services. This made it difficult and costly for us to travel anywhere outside the resort.

“Perfect and magical.”
+Super comfortable beds, the room was amazing. The price per night includes park entry, the staff are so friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The hot springs are amazing.
−The food at the restaurant was a little difficult for vegan and vegetarian, plus gluten free guests. But that is to be expected in Vietnam sometimes.
