“We loved the charm and cosiness of the room, the great location, and especially how lovely and welcoming Neal was! He ma”
+We loved the quirkiness and coziness of the Moulin Rouge room! Fantastic location - the property was very easy to access and the host Neal was very warm and friendly, and easy to get in touch with as and when needed! :)
−For us we were very happy with the overall experience of our stay and didn’t find there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. And we feel very strongly that we will be keeping Ebenezer’s Place in mind for our future short stays in broadstairs!

“Lovely room but spoilt by the noise of deliveries and traffic !”
+Very clean the bed was very comfy. Enjoyed long soaks in the amazing bath. Right on the doorstep to everything!
−The bed squeaked getting in and out and the toilet sounded like a pipe and drum band when you flushed it! The noise from delivery’s from the bar across the road and other businesses near by was relentless from 8 in the morning so if you are a late riser I wouldn’t recommend staying! There was only one window that you can open to let any air which consequently let more noise in!

−No instruction on how to check in, finally found out from some random guy that the restaurant across the other side of the road actually owned the place and that’s where you check in, no signs or instructions on the site. I said this to the person checking us in about that I was walking around for 20min trying to work out how to get in, she said “yes it’s quite hard to find when you don’t know”, I would of thought they would put up a sign at the place and on there website explaining this. Nightclub/late bar directly opposite had music playing loudly and loads of people standing outside in the street making loud noise and where the window wasn’t double glazed you could hear everything. Also no blackout curtains so it was very bright in the room as soon as the sun came up. No one said where breakfast was so we decided to find a place to eat in town.

“Amazing stay!”
+Very close to the beach. Clean comfortable room Amazing bath
−We were in the Moulin Rouge room which was directly above the Dog and Sparrow entrance. The murmur of voices didn’t disturb me but my husband wasn’t too happy.
