“Uncomfortable Noisy Beds”
+The location was convenient, and the host was very kind and provided clear instructions on how to get to the hostel. They also provided a locker and a padlock for securing my belongings.
−Terrible bunk beds - I haven't slept this badly in a very long time. I stayed here for 4 nights, and the beds were by far the worst part of my experience. The dorm has triple-decker bunk beds, and the metal structure makes loud creaking and squeaking noises every time someone moves. I was sleeping in the middle bunk, and whenever the person on the top bunk moved, the entire structure would shake, even if they were just shifting position while lying down. This meant I kept waking up throughout the night, both because of the noise and the constant movement of the bed. On top of that, the mattresses are so worn out that I could actually feel the metal bars underneath them. When I arrived, the bed sheets and pillow had a strong musty smell, as if they had been stored away for a long time. I politely asked the host to change the bedding, and they were very kind and immediately arranged it. However, the replacement bedding had exactly the same smell and looked equally old, worn and discoloured, even though it was clean. “Avoid unless you like walking aimlessly around Porto trying to find the property.”

−Red flags before arrival were sending several messages to confirm my online check-in and receiving no reply. It provides zero confidence when the host sends a message ensuring it has been completed otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. Location was fine, however finding the actual property and entrance was painfully frustrating. There is no signage to identify the accommodation; Only the address number outside a door that leads you into a dark laneway which looks like it could be anywhere but where you should be going. It's so unassuming that it looked wrong so I googled Easy Host again and it took me around the corner to another address which had a label on the door buzzer saying "Easy Host" so I buzzed it and even tried to call the host with no answer. After returning to the original address I walked down the laneway and up some stairs and asked someone sitting outside if it was the Hostel. After finally arriving I wanted a shower after traveling all day and there were no towels provided which is simply unacceptable. “コスパいい！(3段ベッド1つのみの部屋の人は注意あり)”
+値段を考えればとてもお得なホステルだと思いました。 地下鉄へ徒歩2分で行ける、中心部まで歩いて20分、下に安い八百屋、近くに大型スーパー2個ある最高のロケーション、ロッカーがかなり長くて収納にいい、セルフチェックインのため、スタッフと対話しなくていい、荷物をチェックイン前とチェックアウト後預かってもらえる、共用ドライヤーがある、キッチンは広くて綺麗、トイレとシャワーの部屋が広い、スタッフとワッツアップで連絡が取れる。 チェックアウトは鍵をボックスに入れるだけなのでかなり楽！
−3段ベッドのため、誰かが寝返りや動きをするだけでかなり揺れます。寝てれば気づかないとは思います。 ホステルは建物の1階(入った場所を0階とする)にあるため、スーツケースを持ち上げて階段を上る必要があります。 いい点にてトイレとバスの部屋が広いと記載しましたが、2部屋しかなく、最大二人しか利用できないため、時間帯とタイミングによってはかなり困ります。 3段ベットのため、かなり昇降が怖かったです上る際頑丈なものなら良いのですが、かなり軋むので少し怖かったです。夜もトイレに行く際などかなり気を使いました。 色々記載しましたが、上記の点を含めてもコスパ的にかなり良いので仕方ないと思いました。 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ここからは3段ベッド1つのみの部屋に滞在する方に対してのよくない点となります。確認してから予約を取ることをおすすめします。 私は三段ベットの一番上になり、一番下のベッドにはミリアムさんというこのホステルのスタッフの女性のおばさまが長期滞在？常駐？されておりました。三段ベッドの一番上なので梯子を使い上にのぼり、ベッドに着くとかなり揺れました音も鳴ります。 そうするとミリアムさんが私に大声で何か注意すると同時にベッドをダンダンダンと叩いて威圧されました。この時点で恐怖で仕方なかったです。またその次の夜は21時頃に帰宅したらもうミリアムさんがベッドにいたため、電気をつけずにロッカーをさわっていたら、物が落ちてしまい結構大きな音が鳴ってしまいました。申し訳ないと思っていたらミリアムさんから大声でノイズ！プリーズ！プリーズ！とまた大きな声で注意されました。全く悪意はありません。辛くて部屋に入るのが嫌になりました。しかもノイズ！と言っておきながら自分は独り言を呟き何かをパチンパチンと音を断続的に鳴らしていました。かなりうるさかったです。 その後恐怖からミリアムさんが寝たに部屋に入るようにしてました。だいたい0時すぎた頃です。 また、これが本当にあり得ないと思った行動なのですが、真ん中のベッドにイビキがかなりうるさい男性が泊まった際私が上で寝てるとかなり人為的な揺れを感じました。しかも長時間です。イビキがうるさいから起こそうとしているのかずっとミシミシ音を鳴らし揺らしてました。恐怖で眠れなくなり3時ごろまでずっと眠れない状態になりチェックアウトの日は寝不足になってしまいました。 そしてチェックアウトの日にそのミリアムさんから私はここのスタッフでしたご存知でしたか？と言われ何かを謝られてました。その場しのぎで私は気にしてませんよ私も悪かったですと拙い英語で伝えた後、あなたのここの滞在は1〜10だと何点？と聞かれてあんたのせいで1以下だよと本心は思ってましたが、もちろん10ですよ！と伝えました。このような状況で10以下を伝えられる人間はいない

“100% recomendado”
+O quarto privado excelentes condições lençóis limpos e cama cofort com casa de banho limpa, cozinha partilhada em otimas condições limpa e com tudo para fazer refeições (frigorifico, placa eléctrica, microondas, forno eléctrico e todos os utensílios) adoramos a experiência 100% recomendado. O quarto partilhado tambem tem a suas camas confortáveis com cacife para guardar as coisas em segurança, partilham 2 casas de banho que tambem estabam limpas e otimas.
−É um primer andar e não tem elevador o predio agente com uma criança para subir o carrinho, mas isso em todo caso não é culpa do alojjamento local.
