+Laundry service and closeness of location to Registan
−The card terminal may not take all foreign cards. Rely on cash for this location.

+Room was clean, bed was comfortable, hot water + wifi worked well. The lady at reception was friendly and patient with the language barrier. It's possible to do laundry for $5. Breakfast was diverse, there's filtered water available for refill. Possible to walk to Registan down quiet streets (takes 15-20 min, tolerable when not too hot). Generally quiet on the guesthouse grounds themselves unless there are unruly children staying. Hotel registration provided digitally (I was not asked for it in the end anyways). Overall a good experience, I'd stay here again.
−Not clear from the beginning (perhaps lost in translation) that room cleaning + fresh towels are on proactive request - if you want it, inquire!

“I would come back and definitely recommend this guest house to other travellers.”
+The breakfast was fresh and varied, very tasty. I loved the courtyard, it was peaceful and the breeze always made it a little cooler than out on the street. The room was just right, great comfy bed and nice bathroom. The lady who runs the place was so kind and accommodating, she always made herself available for whatever we needed. I also loved the neighbourhood although it was a bit of a walk from Registan Square. Always safe even after dark.
−Nothing, it was great.

“Well situated and very pleasant stay”
+Very comfortable beds, and hot shower with good pressure. In a quiet neighbourhood and within easy walking to Registan Square as well as a main street with lots of good restaurants.

Servicio perfecto.
