“Solid quality to price”
+Centrally located and easy to reach all parts of the city walking. Communicative host and clear to instructions on the self check in. AC takes some time to cool the room, but it gets there.
−No soap or toilet paper provided. Would appreciate couple of pumps of soap since you can’t really expect someone coming from the airport to carry hand soap with them.

“Spacious room in historic Campo Di Fiori”
+Excellent Location in the old town. Close to Campo Di Fiori and many local restaurants. Very spacious room and clean. Very good communication from the host throughout and easy entry.
−The kitchen and entrance is shared with other guests staying in the property. There is a private bathroom so you will not have to share that but it was not clear in booking that the apartment is shared. The thermostat in the shower does not work.

“Overall, A very good place to stay. Bring your own shampoo and soap.”
+The apartment is airy and spacious (with good air conditioning). The location was excellent for us because it is right near the Jewish ghetto. We are Sabbath observant and this property worked very well for us. It’s just a few minute walk to the synagogue and there was a key box outside the building to leave your keys. The kitchenette was useful. I always rent with a kitchen so I can cook for my family and cut down on expenses of always eating out at restaurants.
−There were a number of things in the apartment that were broken and needed fixing. For example, we stayed in bedroom #1 and the bathroom door didn’t lock or even close properly. There were also lightbulbs that needed fixing and the kitchen sink doesn’t work very well. But when I mentioned these problems to the host, he was responsive and sympathetic. Unfortunately,the one real problem that he can’t do much to fix is that you enter the building through the interior courtyard and that’s where the building’s garbage cans are stored. In the intense heat of summer, the awful smell can be overpowering. It’s a quick walk to get past them, but just know that it’s intense. Any other time of year, I’m sure it’s fine.

−La cuisine partagée, ce qui n'est pas vraiment explicite dans l'annonce . Nous avons eu la chance d'être Les seuls à y prendre notre petit déjeuner. Sinon juste une table pour 4 personnes.Les bouilloires pleines de calcaire. Dans la chambre , rien pour ranger ni poser les vêtements, rien pour poser les valises ou les sacs. Sauf sur le canapé, qui normalement n'est pas fait pour ça. Un peu maniaque pour la poussière au sol, en arrivant j'ai passé le balai, qui était plein de cheveux et de moutons. Poussière sous le lit, cheveux, pareil dans la salle de bain. Mais le pire est que le sol de la salle de bain était très sale. J'ai fait tomber de l'eau que j'ai essuyée et le sopalin était noir noir.... Le passage de la serpillière devait être..... absent ! Malgré mon envie, je me suis abstenue de faire la remarque à la personne qui faisait le ménage. Et pendant nos 5 jours dans l'appartement, les serviettes et les draps de précédents locataires sont restés sur un séchoir dans la cuisine. Pas top !! Je trouve que tous ces détails ont de l'importance et devraient être pris en compte. Sinon excellent séjour

“Ottima posizione”
+L'appartamento è centralissimo,vicino a mezzi pubblici e negozi di ogni genere. È anche molto facile da raggiungere. L'host è stato sempre disponibile e gentile.
−Mancavano un paio di oggetti essenziali in casa però per un soggiorno breve và più che bene!
