“Great Location, but plenty of things to improve”
+The location was good and the facilities were nice. We had fairly close access to one of the best beaches in Aruba plus the hotel is close to super foods, a huge supermarket where you can buy plenty of food. The breakfast was good and they were kind and helpful.
−The bad part of our trip was our first night, when we decided to go to the restaurant that is close to the adults pool. We ordered a pizza and waited over 30 minutes, after seeing how every other customer got their food before us we asked the waiter if it would take any much longer. He said that it was about to come. After another 20 minutes we were already angry. We stood up and went to another waiter to tell him that we no longer the pizza. The original waiter came out of the kitchen and just said that there had been a problem with the pizza and that if we didnt want it we could just leave. He didnt even apologize. We ended up going to pizza hut to eat there. We never ate there again. Another thing that we didnt like was thr location of our room. It was at the corner of the whole resort on a fourth floor and with only one elevator in the centre of the hotel. Plus, one of the days it looked like the cleaning personnel only went to make up the beds and thats it.

+The staff came to our rescue and I will forever be grateful for their help. We forgot our car keys in the safe in our room. Housekeeping found them and brought them to the front desk. I called from the airport, in a panic, hoping they had our keys. The front desk staff asked one of the bell hops to drive our keys to the airport, which he did. They all saved the day! My kids really enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool. I liked the kitchenette and the space we had. The room was also exceptionally quiet, so we all slept well. This was our first trip to Aruba and I'm glad I chose Eagle Aruba resort.
−*I would have liked more dining options. *The lights in our room and kitchen were really dim and made it very hard to see things at night. *The Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins only had one employee working every day. The wait for coffee or anything else was awful. They should absolutely have 2 staff working at all times to keep people moving through.

+The hotel is located right across the street from the beach and there is a large grocery store located directly behind it. The kids loved the water slide and play area next to the pool. The staff is friendly. There is a Dunkin Donuts and a small convenience store right on the property for any emergency needs. It’s only a 15 minute drive from the airport.
−You can’t control the air conditioning in your room, the beds are hard and they didn’t give us any blankets. They don’t let anyone under the age of 18 in the jacuzzi, which meant that I couldn’t enjoy it with my family. During the day, there was constantly something being fixed/renovated on the property, which took away from the ambiance. No pool waiting service , you have to order food and drinks from the bar yourself (sometimes standing in a very long line and waiting up to an hour for food).

−la atencion del personal, muy apatico y para nada servicial, El desayuno en ingles y las alternativas muy cerradas, soy diabetico y sólo tenía una alternativa de desayuno acorde a mi salud. tendría que tener posibilidades de intercambiar ingredientes para ser mas adecuado

“Lindo lugar”
+Menos de 24hs antes del viaje nuestro niño de 2 años enfermo y tuvimos que cancelar el viaje. Enviamos las constancia de que se encontraba enfermo y me dejaron modificar la fecha de viaje. Los apartamentos son completos: cuenta con heladera, microondas, cafetera, licuadora, anafe con 2 hornallas, freidora de aire e utencilios de cocina. El super food se encuentra cruzando la calle. Las camas eran cómodas. Nos hospedamos en planta baja y tenia una terraza que comunicaba con el patio del complejo. Te encuentras a una cuadra y media de la playa, y cuentan con servicio de repoaera.
−Los apartamentos tienen poca luz. No cuentan con horno, pero la freidora de aire soluciona bastante
