“Very nice accommodations, would have liked to be able to communicate with someone.”
+Lovely, well done renovation on a very old property. Comfortable bed. Nice, hot shower. Easily accessible for our friends who are driving us and staying at another hotel. Great location for day trips. Very nice view.
−The reply button said Booking.com address didn't exist. Called the number listed and was hung up on. Another communication apparently went through, asking for a nearby coffee shop and if the was someplace to have eye glasses repaired and the response was "so glad you are enjoying yourself". NO ONE available to talk to and no way to communicate. A single cup of coffee with no milk or cream substitute for a 2 night visit. Couldn't adjust the heat to a lower level, apparently no AC, raining so couldn't open the window. No shower curtain to prevent the water from getting all over the bathroom.

“Nice decor and location, overpriced if you are not here during the summer to use the pool”
+Great location, very beautiful old estate with a modern touch, swimming pool area is very nice and the views are amazing. Complementary juice and coffee is a plus
−Shower has no doors so you are likely to cause a flooding when showering, pool is definitely an outstanding feature but it is not heated so in September it was no use at all since it was too cold already - price is much too high considering that. At least breakfast could be included in the price

“Beautiful, clean, comfortable - we recommend!”
+Beautiful, comfortable, safe, perfect location for wine tasting nearby. Pool was great, parking was easy and through their coded entry gate. Our room was modern, pretty, and clean. We really enjoyed this location, highly recommend!
−Didn’t meet a single employee and no 24/7 guest assistance. There was a noisy group at the pool after quiet hours and no one there to manage it.

“Lepa a brezosebna namestitev, ki v danasnjem casu ne ponuja dovolj.”

−Voda v bazenu je premrzla za ta cas. Ogrevanje vode so izklopili le dan pred nasim prihodom. Zato uporaba bazena ni bila mozna. Tudi zajtrka ni bilo mogoce dobiti kljub temu da ga na bookingu oglasujejo in da je glede na okolisko ponudbo tezko dobiti zajtrk kje drugje. Tudi oprema v sobah ne zagotavlja moznosti zajtrka v kolikor bi si ga zelel pripraviti sam. Je pa v sklopu namestitve urejena zajtrkovalnica, ki pa je zal zaklenjena. V tem casu bi lahko zagotovili ogrevanje saj je bilo zvecer in zjutraj precej hladno. Prijava je elektronska, brez osebnega kontakta, ceprav je bil lastnik prisoten. Odzivnost slaba. Glede na to da smo ze bili gosti te namestitve, smo tokrat zelo razocarani.Turizem so namrec ljudje. Mogoce bi lastniki razmislili o drugacnem poslovnem modelu.

“Entorno bonito”
+Decoración bonita en la habitación, aunque la habitación es algo oscura. La piscina tiene unas vistas increíbles y en general la zona es muy bonita. Cerca del apartamento no hay ningún sitio para ir a desayunar o comer, hay que coger coche o bicicleta para llegar a algun sitio.
−Como no tiene cocina pero tampoco tiene cafeterías o restaurantes muy cerca y el desayuno solo lo ofrecen los fines de semana…

“Čudovit oddih v lepi okolici Goriških brd”
+Ambient in lokacija sta čudoviti, vidi se pozornost na detajle, bazen, ter lepi pogledi iz bazena in sobe :-)
−Check out on 10:00, morebiti bi lahko kakšno uro kasneje, da se v miru poje zajtrk.

−Informacije o zajtrku na spletni strani niso jasne. Zajtrk je na voljo za doplačilo (15 eur) samo ob sobotah in nedeljah - ni nič posebnega. V sobi je 1 majhen koš, čistilke ni bilo 3 dni.
