“Tucked away off the main road but very quiet.”
+The initial room we booked was in their main building and it had bright outside building lights that didn't turn off all night and the curtains in the room didn't block the light out. The terrace lamps also could not be turned off so the light from outside was way too bright for sleeping. The staff tried to help by disconecting the bright terrace lamps but the building lights were still a problem. The staff turned off the entire facade for the night but we asked to change rooms the next day. The staff were exceptional at helping make our stay a good one and upgraded us to a family suite. No bright lights anywhere and very quiet. Beds extreemly comfortable and everything perfectly clean in both rooms. The rooms had mosquito nets on the windwos which was a welcome touch, allowing us to leave windows open at night for the fresh mountain air to come in which was great for sleeping. Staff was really wonderful and eager to help throughout the stay.
−The breakfast selection needs more western palate selections. More variety other than Indonesian food for breakfast. The orange juice was bottled rather than freshly squeezed. With an abundance of fresh bali tangerine-oranges available in local markets it would have been nice to be able to have freshly squeezed juice available. The lunch and dinner menu was better than we expected and in a pleasant garden setting.

“Relaxing tranquil feel in the mountains”
+We loved our stay here - the views were incredible and the grounds were just as beautiful. All the staff were super friendly and we had a couple awesome meals at the restaurant. We also played a lot of table tennis of an evening! The carp fish pond and welcome drink/snack is a nice extra touch too. I’ve seen some reviews talking about how it’s not great it doesn’t have aircon - I disagree, you don’t need it as the climate is much cooler up there at night. Very lovely property with a relaxed feel, would stay again!
−I’d only say that you definitely have to rent a bike/driver if you want to go anywhere, but otherwise it’s a good base for the mountains.

“Beautiful hotel in highlands of Bali with exceptional customer service”
+Exceptional hospitality from staff especially Mr. Riyan, Ms. Radisty and Ms. Novi, beautiful scenery with mountains and lakes surrounding, Lustrous Gardens of flowers, vegetable and ponds, good qualities amenities.
−Maintenance need to be done regularly to check health and safety standards. Buffet menu needs more variety.

“Very nice, would stay again!”
+The rooms were very modern and they have a very nice shower. Staff were amazing - all so kind and helpful!
−Only things we would have preferred is AC in the room and more sound insulation between rooms - we could hear the neighbours kids at all hours.

“Excellent Standard and Very Professional Staff and Customer Service !”
+The Property location is very strategic, and cool climate. Overall facilities and customer services from Receptionist, Concierge, Room Service, Restaurant Manager, Waiters, Bell Boy and Buggy Driver are very friendly, responsive, and excellent beyond expectation. Thanks specifically to Ms. Nosa at Cemara Restaurant for her super hospitality, initiative and helpfulness.
−Walkways from Room on the hill to restaurant near lobby are dark, especially when raining must be very careful.

+La propreté, l'environnement avec le jardin très bien entretenu. Literie très confortable. Restaurant sur place avec de très bons plats. Un tres bon accueil. Le spectacle d'eau inattendu et sympathique.

“Bien mais peux faire mieux”
+Pas trop mal situer pour plusieurs activitée sur la région,cascade ,lemukih etc.. Le jardin est magnifique et l'entrée moderne aussi. Cet hôtel a clairement un potentiel d'amélioration pour avoir une étoile de plus.
−Personnel jeune mais avec aucune formation. Demande 4 fois le numéro de chambre le temp d'un repas au restaurant. Je demande une boisson au bar et le serveur passe des coup de fils car il est perdu et me sert autre chose que demander.
