“Perfect location comfortable stay”
+Location location location but also the building is fascinating . Very old with all the original features . Room was so comfortable and we could see the duomo from our room. They supplied everything needed for a stay including toothbrushes toiletries coffee tea breakfast snacks water and even yogurt and milk . Shower is great powerful . Spotless clean
−The hallway entrance is a little creepy 🤣 and the elevator was both amazing and terrifying but perfectly safe . There’s a musty smell in the hallway but once in the accommodation it’s perfectly airy

“Perfect place to stay for a visit to Firenze.”
+Loved the location. You walk right out the door of the building and all the major attractions are within walking distance. So many restaurants to choose from. And every high end store is right there as well. The communication with host was excellent. She was always available to answer any question.
−Loved it all.

“Great stay”
+Loved the central location. It was right in the middle of everything .
−Was noisy outside at night time even with the windows closed but we kinda expected it since it is right in the heart of the city and we were staying there on a Saturday night. So really , we can't complain

“Good, with exception of stair issue (no elevator to ground floor), breakfast, and no staff on site.”
+Close to train station, and right next to Duomo plaza.
−You have to walk up long stairs to get to the elevator. This was not included in property info. Breakfast, in room only, was very limited, with bread and juice. Cereal and yogurt were in the fridge, but questionable as to how fresh. There were only very small paper cups if you made your own tea. i.e. no actual tea cups. This is a self-service only property. i.e. No staff on site. We did not know this before arrival at a locked door to the property. This was not clear from property description.
